Privacy Policy

GLP-1 Living is a trading name of Ilsetanis.nl, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands and the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We sell worldwide from the Netherlands, with many customers in the United States. You can reach us at hello@glp-1-living.com. • Order data: your name and email address, the products you buy and your order history.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — only the last digits and the payment status Stripe reports back to us.
• Marketing data: your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter, plus whether you open or click our emails.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device and approximate region) needed to serve the site securely.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, information about your health, medication or medical history. Our trackers and journals are yours to fill in privately; anything you write inside a downloaded file stays on your own device and is never sent to us.

• To process your payment and deliver your download.
• To send the order confirmation and download link by email.
• To provide support and respond to your questions.
• To send marketing emails, only if you have subscribed, and only until you unsubscribe.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We process order and payment data to perform our contract with you, technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning shop, and marketing data on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We only share data with the service providers that make the shop work, and only to the extent they need it:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Klaviyo — sending your order confirmation, download email and, if you subscribe, newsletters.

We never sell your personal data. Some of these providers are based outside the EU; where that is the case, transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires (seven years in the Netherlands). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@glp-1-living.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We sell worldwide and apply these protections to every customer. As we operate from the Netherlands, your data is processed here in the EU regardless of where you live. If you are outside the EU, you may also have rights under your local law (for example, US state privacy laws); contact us and we will honour any that apply to you.

We use only the essential cookies needed to run the shop and complete your checkout. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
