Refund Policy

Every GLP-1 Living product is a digital download delivered instantly. Once your download link has been sent we cannot “un-sell” the file, so all sales are finaland we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We sell worldwide, and this applies to every customer wherever you live — in the United States, the EU or anywhere else.

The 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase is a specific protection under EU consumer law; it is not a universal right and customers outside the EU do not have it. Even for EU consumers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun. By completing your purchase you ask us to deliver straight away and — if you are an EU consumer — you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal the moment the download link is sent. Either way, the result is the same: once the file is delivered, the sale is final.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us within 14 days at hello@glp-1-living.com if:

• Your download link does not work.
• The file is corrupted or will not open.
• You received the wrong product, or it is materially different from its description.

We will always fix the problem first — usually by resending or replacing your file. If we genuinely cannot resolve it, we will refund you.
